Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see the psychological well-being of healthcare professionals during the covid-19 pandemic, as well as to determine the factors that could influence it. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people. Informants were selected based on the Ryff psychological well-being scale-42 items that had previously been distributed, and were able to reach 96 healthcare professionals in Java island. From 96 respondents, 6 subjects were selected based on their level of psychological well-being, there were 3 subjects with high psychological well-being, and 3 subjects with low psychological well-being. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Interviews were conducted using a guide interview compiled by the researcher. Data analysis was performed using interpretive phenomenological analysis. The result of this research, it was found that the psychological well-being of health workers during the covid-19 pandemic can be influenced by the social support received, the way the subject overcomes the problems they face, and the gratitude they have for their lives.Keywords: psychological well-being, healthcare professional, covid-19 pandemic.
