Abstract

Heavy equipment is one of the things that is needed to speed up and simplify a job. In this discussion, the Rotary Drilling Rig XCMG XR 180 D cannot perform swing movements, the rotary drilling rig has damage to the swing motor components. Then the process of dismantling the swing motor was carried out, after dismantling the swing motor the internal components of the swing motor were worn out and the bearings broke because the dirty fluid was mixed with gram iron so that the swing motor could not operate normally, after knowing the damage that occurred to the swing motor, the damaged swing motor was replaced with a swing motor that was damaged new so that the rotary drilling rig unit can perform a swinging motion.
