Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support on competition anxiety in pencak silat athletes, totaling 50 PERSINAS ASAD athletes in Klaten. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data collection tools used in this research were self-efficacy scale, social support scale, and competition anxiety scale. Data analysis used in this research uses SPSS for Windows. Based on the data analysis between the variables of self-efficacy, social support, and competition anxiety, the calculated F value is 3,750 and sig. (p) of 0.031 (p <0.01), which shows that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and social support on competition anxiety. This means, the higher the self-efficacy and social support, the lower the anxiety to compete. Vice versa, the lower the self-efficacy and social support, the higher the anxiety to compete
