Abstract
Collaboration is a skill that students really need to face the demands of the 21st century. The purpose of this study is: (2) to describe collaborative skills to strengthen students' responsibilities in working together; (2) to describe collaborative strategy skills to respect different opinions; (3) to describe collaborative skills to prohibit working effectively and flexible.. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. The research subjects were 40 grade IV students of SDN 04 Kemiri. Collecting data with interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation of techniques and sources. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman, namely: data collection, reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the skills collaboration strategy in learning prohibits most students: (1) being able to take responsibility in working with others to achieve certain goals, marked by holding group meetings on time, following orders that are their responsibility, completing tasks that are assigned to them. their responsibilities and do their own work without relying on the help of others; (2) being able to appreciate and respect different opinions is marked by: responding to different opinions with an open mind, respecting the opinions of others, treating others politely, discussing ideas in groups (3) being able to work together effectively and flexibly is characterized by: students are able to accept joint decisions, accept awards, criticism and suggestions from others, are flexible in working together and able to compromise with the team to solve problems. Students who are trained in collaboration will have the provision to socialize and collaborate outside of learning to achieve success in their lives.
