Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and communication on employee performance with job satisfaction As intervening The sample in this study was 101 respondents consisting of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Grobogan Regency using questionnaires for data collection. Sampling technique with non probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using SEM PLS Analysis. The results of this study show that: 1) OCB has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) OCB has a positive and significant effect on performance. 4) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance
