Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of human capital, style of leadership, and the application of Industry 4.0 on employee loyalty. The sample of this research are employees who worked at the Muhammadiyah Type-C hospital in Solo Raya by collecting data using a questionnaire to 150 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis tool in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 application, by testing the inner model, outer model, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Human capital positively and significantly influences employee loyalty. (2) Style of leadership positively and significantly influences employee loyalty. (3) The application of Industry 4.0 positively and significantly influences employee loyalty.
