Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of benefits, ease of use, security, trust, and convenience on interest in using mobile banking. The research subjects are customers using BCA mobile banking in Boyolali which involved 212 subject. Data collection by distributing online questionnaires filled out by respondents via google form. This research approach is quantitative with data analysis technique using multiple regression linear analysis. The results showed that 1) Benefits had a positive and significant effect on interest in using mobile banking, 2) Ease of use had a positive and significant effect on interest in using mobile banking, 3) Security had no positive and significant effect on interest in using mobile banking, 4) Trust had a positive effect. and significant to interest in using mobile banking, 5) Convenience has no positive and significant effect on interest in using mobile banking.
