Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the application of the sipedro attendance system and organizational culture on work discipline. For the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, where all members of the population are used as samples, then the researcher performs an analysis using the SPSS 26 aplication. The object under study is located at SDN. Panularan consisting of 21 employees, SDN. Tegalayu which consists of 13 employees, SDN. Mangkubumen Kidul No.16 Surakarta which consists of 27 employees, and SDN. Purwotomo which consists of 12 employees, with a total population of 73 respondents, seen from the total employee data. For the data collection method used in the study, namely the method of questionnaires or questionnaires. To analyse the effect of the independent variable (Effectiveness and Organizational Culture) on the dependent variable (Work Discipline). The results of the research and processing of questionnaire data show that the application of the effectiveness of the Sipedro presence system has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount (2,644) ˃ ttable (1,993) with a significance result of 0.010 ≤ 0.05 and the regression coefficient X1 is (0.435). Organizational culture also has a positive effect on work discipline, this is evidenced by the research results obtained by the value of tcount (2.530) ˃ ttable (1,993) with a significance result of 0.014 ≤ 0.05 and a regression coefficient X2 0f (0.177). So that together the two variebles have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of SDN employees. Gugus I Slamet Riyadi Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta.
