Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determind how the understanding of Islamic Boarding School Students of KH Mas Mansur UMS towards the theory of Fiqh in terms of buying and selling law in general and to find out how the attitudes and behavior of Islamic Boarding School Students of KH Mas Mansur in buying and selling transactions at the TrustCanteen of KH Mas Mansur. The data for this research that using descriptive qualitative method was taken through primary data collection which was taken from the distribution of questionnaires targeted at Pesma Students KH Mas Mansur and managed to get 50 respondents and from interviews aimed at the person in charge and administrators of the trust canteen, namely the Department of Pesma Business Center, through After distributing the questionnaire, it was obtained data that 84% (42 people) of the respondents who participated in this study had understood the pillars of buying and selling in general, and 16% (8 people) did not understand the pillars of buying and selling in general, then 100% of the respondents had understand the legal terms in buying and selling in general. In addition to the results of Mahasantri's understanding of the pillars and legal conditions in general in buying and selling, the results of the intensity of respondents who made payments directly and indirectly, of which 60% (30 people) made direct payments and the remaining 40% (20 people) made payments indirect payments at the honesty canteen. For further research, it is expected to examine the problems of debt - receivables that occur at the KH Mas Mansur UMS Student Boarding School and increase the quota of respondents if questionnaires are distributed to get more valid and ideal results.
