Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and interpersonal communication with job readiness. The participants in this study were the final year students of the psychology faculty of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, amounting to 130 people. Sampling technique through random sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach using a self-efficacy scale, interpersonal communication scale, and work readiness scale. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 application. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness with t value: 8.337 and sig: 0.000 (<0.05), there is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication and work readiness with t value = 4.026 and sig: 0.000 (<0.05), and there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and interpersonal communication with work readiness with F = 123.359 and sig 0.000 (<0.05).
