Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has made it difficult for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs (MSMEs) to maintain their existence to the point of giving up and leaving the industry. This study aims to describe the resilience of MSME business actors (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Pati Regency during the Covid 19 pandemic. Informants from this study amounted to 5 MSME actors who opened businesses since before the pandemic and still survive in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic in the District. Starch. This research is a qualitative research with data collection method through semi-structured interviews. Analysis of the data used is interactive analysis. The results of this study are that MSME actors who are research subjects have resilience because they can survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. The feelings shared by all subjects are quite diverse, namely feelings of fear, anxiety, shock, sadness, concern, to gratitude. But all subjects have their own way of dealing with these feelings. The wisdom obtained by the subject is very diverse, the subject is required to be more independent until the wisdom of the existence of a pandemic is that the subject feels that he must apply a healthy and frugal life for the life of his entire family.
