Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, wages and work environment on the employee performance of Mitra Swalayan Boyolali during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees of Mitra Swalayan Boyolali using google form for data collection. The sampling technique used non probability sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is no influence of work discipline variables on employee performance of Mitra Swalayan, Boyolali during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of wage variables on the employee performance of Mitra Swalayan, Boyolali during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of work environment variables on the employee performance of Mitra Swalayan, Boyolali during the Covid-19 pandemic.
