Abstract
The Learning at SMP N 1 Tawangsari, especially in grade 9 still used teacher’s handbook makes students bored in learning and practicing ICT materials. The purpose of the research is to find out which products had been developed using Articulate Storyline software with Electronic Mail material equipped with HOTS (Higher Thinking Order Skill) based questions that can be accessed via the internet. This study uses Research and Development (R&D) research methods with Luther's development model. Instructional media were tested individually, the first was tested on 2 media experts with the average result of the coefficient V being 0.88 which was declared valid according to Aiken's V table. The second trial was tested on 2 material experts with an average result of 0.8 declared valid according to with Aiken's V table. The average result of the student questionnaire is 73.4 in the SUS criteria that 5 of them are in the acceptable category because they are in the range of values of 71-100 according to the SUS Score so that it can be said to be feasible to use.
