Abstract

The world is always changing and humans, with greater or lesser pain are always adapting to survive. Likewise companies, companies are required to always make changes in order to survive. This study aims to find out how companies make changes in order to survive. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method using a case study approach. Informants from this research are rattan and mabel industry players in Trangsan Village, specifically in Rotan Kita through direct interviews and there are some secondary data. The data collection technique of this research used triangulation method. The result of this research is the industry must be ready if there are changes that occur, if an industry is not ready to experience changes then it will lose to competitors. There are many causes of change, these causes are supported by the stages and processes of change as well as factors that support the occurrence of change. However, there are several factors that hinder the change
