Abstract
Career decision-making is one of the concerns for some teenagers, especially for twelfth grade of high school. Emotional maturity and self-efficacy are factors in making career decisions. This research aims to: 1) verivy a correlation between emotional maturity and self-efficacy with career decision making for twelft grade of high school in Sragen Regency, 2) verivy a relevancy between emotional maturity and career decision making for twelft grade of high school in Sragen Regency, and 3) veriivy relevancy between self-efficacy and career decision-making for twelft grade of high school in Sragen Regency. The hypotheses in this research are 1) there is a relationship between emotional maturity and self-efficacy with career decision making for twelft grade of high school in Sragen Regency, 2) there is a positive relationship between emotional maturity and career decision making for twelft grade of high school in Sragen Regency, and 3) there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and career decision-making for twelft grade of high school in Sragen Regency. The subjects used in this research were 100 students who attended twelft grade of high school in Sragen Regency, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. This research used a quantitative method with a correlational approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire via google form with three scales used, namely emotional maturity, self-efficacy, and career decision making which were compiled using a Likert scale. Data analysis used a multiple linear analysis test. This research shows the results that 1) there is a relationship between emotional maturity and self-efficacy on career decision making seen from the result of significance 0.000 and has a contribution of 45%, which means that emotional maturity and self-efficacy have an influence of 45% on career decision making and another 55% influenced by other factors not included in this study, 2) emotional maturity has a significant positive correlation to career decision making seen of a significance value 0.003 and a regression coefficient value of 0.251, and 3) self-efficacy has a positive correlation with career decision making seen from the acquisition of a significance value 0.001 and a regression coefficient of 0.498.
