Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency, to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency, and to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the DPUPR Sragen Regency. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, so that the sample in this study were all employees of the DPUPR Sragen Regency, totaling 70 respondents. This research uses SPSS IBM 21.0. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that the partial test showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at DPUPR Sragen Regency
