Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of providing incentives on employee performance, testing and analyzing the effect of motivation on employee performance, testing and analyzing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT LKM Demak Sejahtera. This study is a quantitative study with the data used in this study using primary data collected from several respondents with a questionnaire. The population itself is PT LKM Demak Sejahtera employees and the sample used in this study is 52 respondents.The technique for taking samples in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The analytical technique used to test the hypothesis formulated in this study is to use technical analysis with SPSS 24 (statistical program for social science). Based on the results of calculations using SPSS 24, the test results show that there is an insignificant effect between incentives on employee performance, there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance and there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance
