Abstract

Performing Art and Culture Center or can be called the Center for Arts and Culture is a place or object that functions as a center of activity to accommodate the creativity of the community in the arts and culture of the community. The importance of having a public space is of course to provide a forum for the community and be able to preserve and advance the culture that already exists in Magelang. This art and culture center building or performing arts and culture center has facilities that can accommodate the activities of each user without placing any restrictions on them, because the target users are all levels of Magelang and surrounding communities and artists regardless of their background. In the era of globalization, the center of art and culture allows traditional and modern arts and culture to coexist, so that every artist can develop the arts and culture.
