Abstract

Organizations have goals that have been set in the vision and mission that must be achieved, in order to achieve these goals the organization must have good leaders and employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Grobogan Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 60 respondents using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The method used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, R2 test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
