Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, work environment on job satisfaction, compensation on employee performance, work environment on employee performance, job satisfaction on employee performance, compensation and work environment on job satisfaction, as well as compensation and work environment on employee performance. employee performance. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Gujati 59 totaling 100. The sample used in this study were 80 employees of PT Gujati 59. The sample selection used non-probability, namely convenience sampling. The data source in this study is the primary data source. Data processing is done using SmartPLS with the outer model and inner model methods. The research results obtained are (1) Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Gujati 59. (2) The work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Gujati 59. (3) Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gujati 59. (4) Work environment has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Gujati 59. (5) Employee performance has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Gujati 59. (6) Job satisfaction plays a role in mediating between compensation and employee performance at PT. Gujati 59. (7) Job satisfaction plays a role in mediating between the work environment and employee performance at PT. Gujati 59.
