Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Debt on Equity Ratio, and SIZE to Price Book Value. The population and samples used in this study are property and real estate companies with a population of 65 companies. The sample selection used purposive sampling and result in a sample of 15 companies. The data source in this study is a secondary data source. Data processing is done using the help of Eviews 12 with panel data regression metod. The research result are obtained (1) Return on Assets has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. (2) Current Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. (3) Debt on Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on firm value. (4) SIZE has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
