Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work environment, competence, and compensation on the performance of study employees at Dm productions Pemalang. This research is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents to employees of Dm Productions Pemalang with the questionnaire method. The analytical method used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, competence has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance.
