Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction moderated by Variety Seeking. In this study, the population taken is 105 respondents who live in Solo Raya. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire distributed through google form and processed using the Partial Last Square (PLS) application. This research uses validity test analysis, reliability test, multicollinearity test, goodness of fit (GOF) test, hypothesis test, and direct indirect effect. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty and Variety Seeking is unable to moderate customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.
