Abstract

This study describes the effect of work flexibility and work environment on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on shopee food drivers in Surakarta City. The type of data used is quantitative data, with 100 shopee food drivers as the sample. Analysis of the used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis test in this study indicate that work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. And the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction
