Abstract

The research of this study was to analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Diras Concept Trangsan Gawok Sukoharjo. The research method used is multiple linear analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling methid using a primary data. The selected population is all company employees. The number of samples used were 60 respondents with different gender, age and education level. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is linear regression analysis, t test, and f test. While the classification assumption test uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance.
