Abstract

Abstract This study aims to show the effect of accounting information systems, internal control on employee performance at PT SRITEX SUKOHARJO. The criteria needed in this study are the import department employees, totaling two hundred two three people. The sampling technique is probability sampling with the type of simple random sampling. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a comparative causal survey approach . The data collection tool in this study was a Likert scale in the form of questionnaire questions to measure the accounting system, internal control, and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect between the accounting information system on employee performance, there is no effect of internal control on employee performance, and there is no influence between the accounting information system and internal control on the employee performance of PT SRITEX SUKOHARJO simultaneously.
