Abstract

Abstract During the Covid 19 pandemic,online learning at home makes students easly bored in dealing with monotonous learning, self study has an impact on decreasing achievement motivation. Behavioristic learning theory explains the formation of human behavior based on the consequences of the interaction between stimulus and response, meaning that achievement motivation has factors that influence learning outcomes, namely intrinsic factors related to interest in leaerning and learning independence that comes from oneself. Meanshile, extrinsic factors have a strong enough influence on parental support. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between parental support, interest in learning and independent learning with student achievement motivation. This quatitative research method uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The subjects of this study amounted to 257 students in Central Java Province who were taken by incidental sampling (accidental sampling). The data collection uses the achievement motivation scale, parental support scale, learning interest scale and learning independence scale which are distributed online via google form link. The result of this multiple regression analysis show 0,000 and the F value is 97,133, and the E value is 0,732, because the probability vakue us fa below 0,05. This means that there is a positive relationship between parental support, interest in learning, independent learning and achievement motivation. The effective contribution of parental support, interest in learning, independent learning to achievement motivation is 53.5%. The contribution of the independent variables partially on achievement motivation is pparental support by 0,67%, interest in leaning by 9,4%, and learning independence by 34,4%.
