Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze teacher perceptions in the use and development of technology in elementary thematic learning in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. This research is motivated by the lack of understanding of teachers and the importance of using and developing technology in learning. This study used a qualitative approach with the subjects in this study were class teachers and subject teachers in the Grobogan Regency area. In data collection, researchers used questionnaires that were distributed online via google form to elementary school teachers who were scattered in the Grobogan Regency area. The data analysis technique / interactive data analysis technique used is data reduction. To test the validity of the data, the credibility test with source triangulation was used, namely by testing the credibility of the data by checking the data that had been obtained with several sources. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the teacher already understands the use and development of technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Teachers have used and developed technology but there are still many obstacles and demands that teachers must face in the use and development of technology in learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
