Abstract
This study aims to determine: 1) whether individual work stress influences employee performance, 2) whether enviromental stress affects employee perfomance, 3) whether organizational stress affects employee performance, 4) which work stress variable most influences employee perfomance. Work stres is condition of pressure imposed on them from obstacles, demands or opportunities. The population in this study were employees of PT. Nagabhuana Aneka Piranti. The sampling of this research used purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria obtained a sample of 60 employees. The analytical methods used in this study are teh validity test, the reliability test, the normality test, the heterosecurity test, the autocorrelation test, the multicollinearity test, and the multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study are significant negative effects between individual stress and organizational stress on employee performance, work environment stress there is a significant effect on employee performance.
