Abstract

The purposes of research, (1) examine the contribution of the motivation, communication, and personality on learning outcomes mathematics indirectly through learning discipline, (2) examine the contribution of the motivation, communication, and personality of learning discipline, and (3) examine the contribution of learning discipline on learning outcomes in mathematics. This type of research is based on quantitative approach. The study population 704 tenth grade of SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo. The research sample 255 students is determined by the formula slovin. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The data collection technique with questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used path analysis with assumption test of F test, T test, and R2 test. Result of research, (1) motivation, communication, and personality does not contribute simultaneously to the results of learning outcomes mathematics through learning discipline, (2) motivation, communication, and personality contribute simultaneously to learning discipline of 33,4%. Partially, the motivation that directly affect the learning discipline of 20,25%, communication does not contribute to learning discipline, and personality that directly affect the learning discipline of 2,8561%, (3) learning discipline does not contribute to the result of learning mathematics.
