Abstract

This study aims to determine whether promotion, customer satisfaction and product quality influence the repurchase decision on the Bukalapak online shopping application. The sample in this study was the people who resided in Sukoharjo and had purchased products through an online store application. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling by taking 111 respondents. Data collection methods used are through field studies in the form of personal questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study have several findings, the first is the promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase decisions, second, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase and third, product quality has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase
