Abstract

Performance improvement can be done by correcting problems that occur in the company, which requires synergy between stakeholders. One way is to make management engineering by applying supply chain management (SCM). Efforts that can be used to find out how the performance of a management is measuring management performance uses an existing benchmark. Based on the researchers' knowledge of the activities that occur in the field, so far the management of Pabrik Kecap “Ikan Lele” has not yet made these measurements on the grounds that during the production process it can run every day, it is enough. This research was conducted to provide an overview of the performance of SCM in Pabrik Kecap “Ikan Lele”. Performance measurements were carried out using a weighted Supply Chain Operation Reference method using Analytic Hierarchy Process. The measurement of supply chain management performance of Pabrik Kecap “Ikan Lele” is carried out with local weight values and global weights. Based on the calculation of the performance value of the "Catfish" Ketchup Factory including the good category. The value of the supply chain performance is already good, the soy sauce factory will still need to evaluate it to maintain the existing performance or even improve it.
