Abstract

Research this aiming for knowing (1) there is the influence of the learning model Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning to results learning, (2) there is influence motivation learn students to results study, (3) there interaction between learning models with motivation learn mathematics. Research this use design experiment pseudo with analysis variance two Street with cell not the same. Population in research this that is class VIII of SMP Negeri 5 Surakarta. Sample in research this composed from two class namely VIII G and VIII H selected with technique cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out with use method test, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Testing validity instrument with product moment and reliability use cronbach alpha. Conclusion from research this to show that (1) exists the influence of the learning model Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning to results learn math, where results marginal mean shows the learning model Discovery Learning more well of the Problem Based Learning (2) exists influence motivation learn to results learn mathematics based on further testing post anava could concluded there is a significant difference between category motivation learn high with category motivation learn low (3) no there is interaction between learning models Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning and categories motivation learn high, medium, low to results learn mathematic.
