Abstract

Learning difficulties was the inability of students to learn properly. Learning difficulties affect their learning achievements. This happens on subjects of class IX PIES that will do the final exam school, hence the need for the efforts of the guru PAI in dealing with learning difficulties of students. The aim in this study is to mendiskripsikan form of learning difficulties, factors cause learning difficulties and efforts of religious teachers in dealing with learning difficulties of students of class IX SMP N 3 Colomadu. The methods used in this study i.e., qualitative approach to the type of research i.e. research field. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis, in the form of inductive facts to theories. Results of the research there are academic related learning difficulties read wrote the Quran, memorize verses of the Quran, tajwid and understand the material about worship. And non academic i.e. difficulty in conveying what had befallen him. Cause factor is divided into two internal factors, lack of motivation and learning interest of students. External factors, lack of motivation of parents, classroom atmosphere not conducive, the unavailability of appropriate textbooks. The efforts made the teacher in accordance with the form of difficulty. Difficulty writing Qur'aan read by arranging programs on every level. Difficulty of memorizing provide motivation be reminding his task will be to memorize. The difficulty of understanding the material and tajwid with explaining the material back.
