Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management, performance measurement systems, reward and management control systems on managerial performance. The population of this study was the manager at the RSUD Ir Soekarno, Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled. Thus the number of samples studied by 41 managers out of 45 questiinnaires distributed in RSUD Ir Soekarno, Sukoharjo Regency. In this study, hypotheses were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that total quality management and rewards affect managerial performance, while the performance measurement system and management control system have no effect on managerial performance.
