Abstract

This study examines the motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This study aims to examine whether there are: (1) the influence of Motivation on Employee Performance (2) the influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance (3) the influence of Motivation and work discipline simultaneously on Employee Performance. Independent variables used in this study are Motivation and Discipline work, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This study took the data through a questionnaire on 100 respondents from employees of PT. Safari Junie Textindo. Sampling Techniques uses simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, R square, and t test. The result of t test analysis shown there is partial influence between motivation and work discipline to performance while F test data indicate the influence of simultaneously dependent variable to independent.
