Abstract

The purpose of this study the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Texstile in Surakarta. This research was conducted at PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Texstile in Surakarta, with the population in this study were employees of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Texstile in Surakarta as many as 67, with a sample of 40 respondents and sampling methods that are representative sample size. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results obtained by t test analysis of leadership style and motivation on the performance of individual employees and the F test results showed leadership style and work motivation on employee performance of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Texstile in Surakarta simultaneously.
