Abstract

This study aims to describe, 1) the method used for children's language development in TK Wonorejo 1 Sragen. 2) children's language development according to the method applied in TK Wonorejo 1 Kedawung Sragen. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Sources of data in this study were the principal, class A teachers and students. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the researcher reports the results of the activities carried out by the researcher through observation, interviews and documentation as stated in the results of this research report. The results of the study stated that: 1) The method used in TK Wonorejo 1 Kedawung Sragen is the method of storytelling, conversing, questioning and giving assignments. 2) The development of the language of students in TK Wonorejo 1 Kedawung Sragen develops according to expectations. Students are able to imitate animal sounds, are able to distinguish simple words and sentences, are able to recognize their identity, dare to communicate with their peers in their own language, are able to speak fluently, are able to tell stories about pictures, are able to mention simple writing, and can read according to pictures.
