Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze differences in the performance of permanent and non-permanent employees at PT DBM Yogyakarta. This type of research is a comparative quantitative analysis. The population and sample in this study were all employees of PT DBM Yogyakarta with a total of 105 people, consisting of 56 permanent employees and 49 non-permanent employees. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and statistical testing. The results of this study indicate that the performance of permanent and non-permanent employees has a significant difference.
