Abstract

This study aims to influence organizational culture on employee performance by mediating work motivation. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents to Soloraya expedition employees using a questionnaire for data collection. The sampling technique used non probability sampling method. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational culture influences motivation. 2) Organizational Culture has no effect on performance 3) Work motivation has an effect on performance 4) Work motivation can mediate Organizational Culture on Performance
