Abstract

Narcotics abuse has been transnational with high modus operandi, advanced technology, supported by a vast network of organizations, and many of the victims of the young generation are very detrimental to the lives of people, nations, and countries. The problems in this research are: a) How are drug trafficking prevention and prevention efforts carried out by the Solo Raya Regional Police; b) How is the legal settlement for drug dealers and users in the City of Surakarta? ; c) What are the obstacles in dealing with drug trafficking by the Solo Raya Regional Police? The problem approach used is the normative juridical approach and the empirical juridical approach.
