Abstract
Prescription assessment is one part of clinical pharmacy services performed by pharmacists to analyze drug-related problems and avoid medication errors, especially at the presribing error stage. The purpose of this study is to see the suitability of prescription services in hospitals, clinics, health centers and pharmacies on the administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical compliance aspects of prescription with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. The method of this research is literature study using ten journals that have met the inclusion criteria, namely the publication manuscripts of the last 10 years (2010 - 2020), and is a research conducted in Indonesia both in English and Indonesian, and contains data in administrative studies. , pharmaceutical and clinical on prescription. The result of this research is that there are still many prescription discrepancies with the regulations of the Minister of Health in hospitals, clinics, health centers and pharmacies. The most frequently unfulfilled aspects were the pharmaceutical aspects of the strength of the drug preparations, followed by the administrative aspects of age and body weight and the clinical aspects of the frequent drug interactions.
