Abstract

This research aims to explain 1) the positive and significant influence of learning creativity on student achievement, 2) the positive and significant effect of learning facilities on student achievement, 3) the positive and significant effect of learning creativity and learning facilities on learning achievement the student. A quantitative research with ex-post facto research design. The population in this study were all class X major in accounting and financial institutions. Samples were taken as many as 51 students with simple random sampling techniques. The required data is obtained through a questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire was tested and tested for validity and tested for reliability. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y=62.541+2.092X1+2,469X2. The conclusions drawn are: 1) Learning creativity has a positive and significant impact on learning achievement. It is based on t test it is known that 2.092>2.011 and the significance value <0.05, ie 0.042 with 44% relative contribution and 12.28% effective contribution. 2) Learning facilities provide a positive and significant impact on learning achievement. It is based on t test it is known that 2,469>2,011 and the significance value <0.05, ie 0.017 with a relative contribution of 56% and an effective contribution of 15.62%. 3) Learning creativity and learning facilities have a positive and significant influence on learning achievement. This is based on F test it is known that 9.305>3.190 and the significance value <0.05, which is 0.000. 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.279 shows that the magnitude of the effect of learning creativity and learning facilities on learning achievement is 27.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables.
