Abstract

The administrative process at the Carang Ngesti Luhur Waste Bank in Panularan Village, Surakarta is still carried out manually, causing the recording of depositor data, transactions, types of waste, and report recording to be less than optimal and potentially causing errors in data processing. This research aims to develop a web-based Waste to Cash application as a system that utilizes digital technology to support more structured and efficient administrative management. The system development method used is Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Waterfall model, so that each stage can be carried out systematically and in accordance with the needs of the Waste Bank. The application is developed using Flutter Web with Firebase Firestore as a database and has features of managing depositor data, waste deposit transactions, managing waste types and prices, and recapitulation of reports to be exported to Microsoft Excel. Based on testing using Black-box Testing, all application functions run according to needs. Meanwhile, the test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) obtained a score of 76.0, which indicates that the application has a good level of ease of use and is acceptable to users. Thus, the system could helps to increase the effectiveness of the administration of the Carang Ngesti Luhur Waste Bank.
