Abstract

With technological advancements in the economic sector, supplier registration and management have become crucial aspects of enhancing the marketing effectiveness of MSME products. In Karangmalang District, MSME product marketing still faces challenges, particularly regarding limited market reach. Therefore, a system is needed to facilitate the registration of MSMEs as suppliers for the "Karang Ijo" shop, which serves as a bridge between local products and a broader market. This website-based information system is designed to simplify the process for the community to register as suppliers for the "Karang Ijo" shop. Additionally, the system assists shop administrators in establishing criteria for prospective MSME suppliers, thereby making the selection process more efficient and structured. The system was developed using the 'Waterfall' methodology, allowing for a systematic execution of each stage. PHP was selected as the programming language, while MySQL is used for data management. Black-box testing results indicate that the supplier registration system's menu pages operated correctly and without errors during testing. System Usability Scale (SUS) testing yielded an average score of 71.4, signifying positive public acceptance and a satisfactory performance rating. Analysis suggests that this information system can significantly contribute to boosting the marketing and sales of MSME products in Karangmalang District. Furthermore, it streamlines the administrative process for "Karang Ijo" shop administrators in selecting suitable suppliers. Keywords : Supplier, Information System, Waterfall, Website, UMKM
