Abstract
This study developed a web-based application using the Laravel framework to monitor the growth and nutritional status of children in Ngunggahan Village as part of efforts to prevent stunting. The development followed a prototyping approach, beginning with requirements gathering, system design, prototyping, user testing, and culminating in implementation and final testing. The system’s main functions include managing children’s profile data, recording growth, automatically calculating nutritional status, visualizing growth charts, and providing nutritional recommendations. The system’s reliability was evaluated through black-box testing for functional aspects and usability measurement using the System Usability Scale (SUS). All features functioned as expected, and the average SUS score of 84.25 indicates that users rated the system as “excellent”. Thus, this system offers a structured, accurate, and effective digital solution for Posyandu staff and parents to monitor child development and support efforts to reduce stunting.
