Abstract

NKBeautySalon faces operational constraints including overlapping schedules or double booking, disorganized customer data management, and delayed financial recording processes. This research aims to develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web-based booking scheduling system to optimize services. The software development method uses the waterfall model, encompassing analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The system is built with PHP, Laravel 10 framework, MySQL database, Tailwind CSS interface, and Bcrypt password security. There are two actors: Customers who make independent reservations and monitor orders, and Admins who manage booking schedules, prevent scheduling conflicts through real-time Payment validation, and comprehensively organize data. Functionality testing using the Black Box method indicates that the entire system operates validly. Furthermore, feasibility testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method obtained a final score of 76, proving that this information system is highly feasible and user-friendly for all end customers to optimally support beauty salon business operational processes.
