Abstract
Rowokele Village, Rowokele District, Kebumen Regency, is an emerging tourism village with agrotourism potential through the presence of Embung Bidadari and Cavendish Banana Plantation. However, this potential has not been optimally developed due to the absence of structured spatial planning and the limited use of spatial technology in area development. This study aims to analyze existing land use conditions, identify the potential and facility requirements, and develop a site plan for the agrotourism area based on drone aerial imagery in 2025. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method combined with a spatial analysis approach. Data were collected through drone aerial mapping and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving relevant stakeholders. Spatial data were processed using Agisoft Metashape and ArcGIS Pro, then descriptively analyzed to support site plan preparation. The results indicate that the area has the potential to be developed into an agrotourism destination based on the Integrated Farm concept, which integrates agricultural, livestock, and fishery activities within a unified area. The resulting site plan divides the area into production and educational zones, recreational zones, and supporting and commercial zones. The integration of spatial data and community participation produced a site plan that is well-directed and aligned with the local potential of Rowokele Village.
