Abstract

Malang City is one of the developed cities that is a strategic center of trade, services, and tourist destinations in the East Java region, this makes it attract many tourists, so a hotel building is needed for visiting tourists. This study develops a 10-story hotel building design with an asymmetrical L-shaped plan that is safe, strong, and earthquake-resistant in accordance with SNI 1726: 2019 and SNI 2847: 2019 regulations. The hotel building is planned with an area of building A, namely 15x50m with a total of 10 floors with a height between floors +4m, building B is 19x51m with a total of 3 floors with a height between floors +4m. The planning method used is (SRPMK), with equivalent static analysis based on the design response spectrum. Planning includes load analysis, calculation of structural elements such as beams, columns, plates, stairs, roofs, connections, bore pile foundations. Structural analysis and modeling using ETABS v21 and SAP2000 assistance. The planning results show that it has fulfilled the requirements for ductility, stability and strength in accordance with the applicable SNI provisions.
