Abstract

This study focuses on the structural design of a 10-story educational building located in Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The primary standards applied are SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. Considering the site's significant seismic risk and medium soil characteristics (SD) with an average N-SPT of 18.21, a Dual System approach was implemented. This system combines a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) with Shear Walls. Load assessments, including gravity and dynamic response spectrum seismic loads, were analyzed using ETABS software. The final design provides technical details for structural components such as slabs, stairs, beams, columns, shear walls, and bored pile foundations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and ductility requirements.
